Interest Rates Rising Dramatically

30-year mortgage interest rates rose to an average of 4.19% last week, but after the news of Russia invading Ukraine, they dropped to 3.9%. This would mean a $50 monthly payment difference on a $350,000 home. Rates will continue to rise overall this year, as will prices.
