Atlanta’s 2021 Parks & Greenspace Milestones

While there are too many to name, I’ve listed just a few of my favorite Atlanta park/greenspace accomplishments of this year:

1. South Fork Conservancy & PATH built 30 miles of trails along Peachtree Creek
2. Westside Park opened
3. Over 4 miles of the Southside BeltLine segment completed
4. PATH400 5 mile trail along Miami Cir/Highway 400
5. (Vine City) Rodney Cook Sr Park, $40m project on 16 acres of greenspace

Atlanta has many projects slated for 2022 too, let’s celebrate these awesome new spaces that are helping to make our neighborhoods even better! Can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store.
