I learned some very valuable lessons and had a ton of fun with this project! It took much longer than expected and we ran into some unforeseen issues, however it all came out great.
We were able to create an incredible space for the new buyer to enjoy and hopefully appreciate as much as I do. Moving forward, I’ll have to learn to not be so emotionally attached to the project. I was pretty sad to pass over the keys, but seeing the check definitely helped me feel a little better!
