Let’s welcome our first tiny homeowner’s community, the “Cottages on Vaughan” in Clarkston. The neighborhood consist of eight 250-500 sf cottages with green space and much more, all on less than a half acre lot.
It’s exciting to see we are rethinking our approach to traditional housing, hopefully these homes will be a beacon to future ones like it.
