75 Hard Session 2 Complete!

As some of you may know, I finished the 75Hard Challenge about 4 months ago and loved it. To push myself even more, I decided to do it again and just completed it –
1. Follow a diet. No alcohol or “cheat meals.”
2. Work out twice a day for at least 45 minutes. One of these workouts must be an outdoor session.
3. Drink 4 liters of water per day.
4. Read 10 pages of a self development book a day.
