Market Predictions Headed Into the Summer

The market’s continuing to tighten as the summer rolls in, with fewer homes going on the market than the month before. However, the number of homes that have sold has decreased slightly.
I’ve noticed that more and more people are going on vacation with their kids getting out of school. It has been a little cooler in the market since Memorial Day, which can be typical this time of the year.
I’m sure it will start picking back up in the coming weeks.
