Historically, the market usually slows down during the fall – however, that is not the case this year.
Homes are selling almost twice as fast, prices have appreciated significantly, there are a third fewer homes on the market, and the number of sales is up.
Sold Price – $359,000 vs $430,000 (+20%)
Active Listings – 3,472 vs 2,334 (-33%)
DOM (Days On Market) – 42 vs 19 (-55%)
Number of Sales – 739 vs 875 (+16%)
