New Front Porch in Sweet Auburn

Old Fourth Ward/Sweet Auburn’s $30M mixed-use development will be finished in 2023. The Front Porch, to be constructed between 348-376 Auburn Ave, will bring over 30,000sqft of commercial space, an undetermined number of residential units that will be offered for sale as well as for rent. The project aims to preserve some of the existing buildings on it’s strip and the overall historical character of the Sweet Auburn area. The neighborhood is the birthplace of Martin Luther King Jr. and the center of Atlanta’s black history and heritage. I will be following this project closely and hope it will become another awesome place to hang out and enjoy!
