The three and a half acre 32 story $530m new Midtown mixed use site has officially opened. Google will be leasing 19 floors as the anchor tenant, with condo units from $1.1 to $2.5+ million, Epicurean Atlanta which is a food based hotel, and a rooftop greenspace which connects all towers. I haven’t had the chance to go inside yet to tour a unit, but from the looks of it when I drive by almost everyday, it’s incredible.
