Below is a look at the numbers from July of last year, to now.

July 2019 vs July 2020

Active Listings………5,446 vs 4,584 (-16%)

Number of Sales……1,386 vs 1,401 (+1%)

Close Price……438,553 vs 479,317 (+6%)

Days to Sell……………………40 vs 41 (+2%)

Inventory is down, sales are up, and rates are low. Prices are rising, and in my opinion will continue to.
