This past weekend I had a great time celebrating the sixth annual OysterSouth festival in Legacy Park, Decatur. This year the proceeds went to Shell to Shore, an oyster recycling project helping to replinish wild oyster reefs.
The event sold out in less than an hour, luckily I was able to grab a ticket thanks to my Dad (UGA Professor at College of Enviroment and Design) and Brother, Charleston’s Chef Graham Calabria pictured to the right. If you’re interested in attending, next year’s event will be held in Savannah.
