This new project includes a dog park, amphitheatre, playground and giant greenspace. It took five years of planning and construction to finally open, but this is the first phase of Avondale Estates’ new mixed use vision around the park. This site replaced parking decks and low rise buildings, Avondale has a lot coming in the next few years!
