On 2815 Peachtree St NE (next to La Fonda and Fellini’s Pizza in Garden Hills), a new office building is to start construction in the coming weeks. It sits on the old site of the Garden Hills Shopping Center which was demolished in 2015 after fire damage. Currently it feels like a strip of grass when driving by it, but by Fall 2023, we should have a new building that compliments the rest of Peachtree Street. The project is estimated to be at $79 million and two thirds of the building is already leased. There will also be two restaurants in the building to dine at, I can’t wait to check them out!
