Auburn Ave 1.3 Acre Plans

In the last few years, the historic Old Fourth Ward has seen many changes. Come January, Portman will break grown on a new mixed use development, an extension of the StudioPlex (above Pour Taproom, Nina & Rafi, & Hawkers). Originally planned as a hotel, the site is taking a different route.

By April 2023, there will be an awesome modern, open building with office space for tech companies, a cafe, restaurant and retail. Hopefully soon after completion, construction of the light-rail will have begun on the BeltLine. I’m proud of the direction our city is headed! Our future will be walkable, vibrant and supportive of alternate ways of transit (specifically around mixed use hubs). To read more, click the picture below.
