RangeWater just broke ground on their new apartment building, the Vivian, which is next to the south BeltLine trail and originally the site of an old car battery factory. There will be 325 one and two bedroom units, starting at $1,200/month, along with a fitness center, pool, dog park and club house.
A new high rise is coming to Midtown, called “the Rhapsody”. It’ll be a luxury building, plans include a rooftop pool, sky lounge and many more amenities. The site will be 24 stories tall with 270 apartments and 55 condominium units, backing up to Ansley Park with a restaurant space in the front on Peachtree Street.
It’s tough to drive around Midtown without seeing tons of construction, our skyline is going to look totally different in 5-10 years.
