So, you got this year’s property tax assessment in the mail. And, it most likely went up again. You can appeal your property tax, if you win, your appraised value will be frozen for three years.

Keep in mind, if you wish to appeal, you must do it before the date printed on your notice (45 day appeal period). I recommend doing it earlier online, so that if there are system issues, you still have time to file via mail or hand-delivery.
