Microsoft has huge plans to make Atlanta a major hub. They just bought up 125 acres near the airport and plan to invest over $420 million in the site alone.
They currently have a new office in Atlantic Station, along with major plans for their 90 acres next to the Westside Park (the “Quarry Park”) connecting to the BeltLine, and are in the process of adding three giant data centers in South Fulton, Douglasville, and East Point.
