Around the corner from where I live (in Morningside), there will be a new mixed use development coming up in neighboring Virginia-Highland.
According to the designs, it will be a three-story, 35-foot-tall project with about 31,000 square feet of residential space and 7,200 square feet of medical office use, totaling 31 units.
It will rise in what is now a (mostly empty) parking lot, across from Osteria 832. I’m very excited to see the final product, as the planning consultants, Atlanta-based TSW, always do outstanding work.
