Ansley Terrace
Ansley Terrace is a mid rise condominium building nestled between Midtown and Ansley Park, next to Colony Square. Ansley Terrace is a short stroll to the new Colony Square (Politan Row, IPIC, JoJos cocktails, etc), the High Museum, Woodruff Arts Center, Ansley Golf Club, Piedmont Park, and the best restaurants and retail in Atlanta.
Originally built as apartments in 1989, they were converted to condos in 1998. There are 70 two bed, two bath units and 4 penthouses. This community is really special to me and is a gem!
Attractions and Amenities
Colony Square
Colony Square is a new development in the heart of midtown, featuring a state of the art IPIC (the best theater/movie experience I've ever been to by far), the hip food court "Politan Row" which features about 10 different pop ups, a speak easy cool cocktail bar, tons of restaurants, and much more to do!
Parks
Several parks are available for you to take time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature. There are several just within Ansley Park: Winn, Yonah, McClatchey, and many more which were originally going to be part of the Ansley Golf Club. You're also so close to Piedmont Park!
Botanical Gardens
Enjoy a lovely outing with family or loved ones at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens!
